Restoring your sanity and personal power after surviving abuse no one names.
I help women navigate coercive control, and guide professionals to see what others miss.
Are you struggling with
Understand the tactics used against you, strengthen your bond with your children, and build strategies that reduce the controller’s influence.
Connect with a community that sees you, believes you, and holds space for you, from the hardest of days to the smallest of wins.
What you lived through was real. Your darkest days are not wasted; they are the richest fuel in your healing. Not a return to a former self, but an arrival into someone clearer and truer than you’ve ever known yourself to be.

I know you want to be a strong woman who protects her children. In order to do that, you need someone in your corner who sees the truth of what you are living through.
The problem is that the systems meant to help often turn a blind eye to coercive control, intentionally or not. This can leave you feeling twice betrayed and twice traumatized.
I believe every woman deserves to be believed and free to make decisions that protect their family. I founded Restoring Power in 2010 to help women reclaim their personal power. My own experience with coercive control reshaped the work I do. Now I help women see harmful patterns, navigate broken systems, and rebuild their sense of self.
If you are ready for steady, compassionate support, book a Clarity Call today.

Some of the hardest parts of this experience are the ones you can't say out loud to just anyone. The Marco Polo groups and confidential communities here are built for that. Women who get it, because they're living it too. A place to be honest without worrying it will end up in a court document.
Whether you need to understand what coercive control actually is, learn how to navigate a family court system that keeps missing the point, or just get your nervous system out of survival mode, there's a workshop for where you are right now. Online courses, retreats, and professional trainings for the people in your corner.
Regina speaks to audiences who need to understand this better, professionals, communities, and organizations working with women and families caught in these situations. If you want someone in the room who can actually change how people see this, reach out.
