Welcome to restoringpower.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any services provided by Regina Perata, doing business as Restoring Power ("I," "me," or "my"). By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Using this site

You may use this site for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You agree not to use it in any way that could damage the site, disrupt it, or interfere with anyone else's use of it. You also agree not to try to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems.

My content

Everything on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, frameworks, resources, and other materials, belongs to me or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You're welcome to view and share my content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, or distribute my content for commercial purposes without my written permission. The free resources I share, such as my vetted expert list, are for your personal use and aren't meant to be redistributed.

Booking, services, and community

When you book a call or request to join a community, you're making a request that I'll confirm. Details about specific services, including pricing, scheduling, and the terms of any coaching, advocacy, or community engagement, will be provided separately and may be governed by a separate agreement you enter into with me.

If you take part in a community space, you agree to treat other members with respect and to keep what's shared inside the group confidential. I may remove anyone from a community for conduct that harms or endangers other members. Please read the note on community confidentiality in my Privacy Policy.

Coaching and advocacy are not therapy or legal advice

My work supports you through coercive control, trauma recovery, and major life transitions. It is important that you understand what my services are and are not.

I am not acting as your therapist, psychologist, counselor, or medical provider. My coaching and advocacy are not therapy, counseling, mental health treatment, or medical care, and they are not a substitute for those things. If you are dealing with a mental health concern, please work with a licensed professional. If you are in crisis or in danger, contact emergency services or a crisis line right away.

I am also not an attorney, and nothing I provide is legal advice. I do not represent you in legal proceedings. I can offer support, information, and strategies, and I can connect you with professionals in my network, but decisions about your legal situation should be made with a qualified attorney. My vetted list of providers is offered as a resource, not as a recommendation that guarantees any particular professional is right for your situation.

No guarantee of results

I bring real experience and care to this work, but outcomes depend on many factors, including your circumstances, the systems you're navigating, and the actions of others. I don't promise or guarantee specific results from my services, content, community, or resources. Any examples or testimonials reflect individual experiences and aren't a guarantee that you'll have the same outcome.
